You have three sensible options from Incheon Airport (ICN) into central Seoul.
1. AREX train (recommended)
- Express AREX: non-stop to Seoul Station, ~43 minutes, around ₩11,000.
- All-stop AREX: same line, stops on the way, ~60 minutes, around ₩4,500 with a T-money card.
- Trains run roughly 05:20–24:00.

Inside the station, follow the signs carefully — the all-stop train and the non-stop express train split off in different directions from the same concourse, so it's easy to end up in the wrong line if you're not paying attention.
2. Airport limousine bus
Comfortable coaches that stop near major hotels. ₩16,000–18,000, 60–90 minutes depending on traffic. Best if your accommodation is far from a subway station. Buy your ticket at the airport bus ticket counter or a self-service kiosk in the arrivals hall before you board — cash and card are both fine.

3. Taxi
₩70,000–100,000 to central Seoul, 60–80 minutes. Use a regular (orange/silver) or international taxi from the official stand; there is a night surcharge after midnight.

T-money
Buy and load a T-money card at any airport convenience store before you leave — you'll use it for the all-stop AREX, the subway, and buses. You'll need cash to load it — the top-up machines and convenience store tills don't take foreign cards for this — so get some won from a Global ATM or exchange counter first. You can top up again anywhere in the country: convenience stores (CU, GS25, 7-Eleven), or the top-up machines inside any subway station.
